Manama, May 4 (BNA): The CEO of government hospitals, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ansari, received a delegation from the Canadian University of Toronto and discussed with them joint cooperation in training doctors.
Dr. Al-Ansari stressed that the meeting aims to benefit from experiences and capabilities to further develop the health system and enhance the competencies of medical personnel.
Associate Professor of Family Medicine at the University’s College of Medicine, Dr. Marcus Low, said the meetings reflect a mutual commitment to excellence in healthcare service delivery.
The meeting was attended by Shannon Spencer, Director of International Relations at the University, who has extensive experience in drawing up training and professional development strategies in the health sector.
