Job Title: General Manger – Bunkering
Trans Gulf Energy FZE, a newly registered independent fuel supplier in the Middle East, is recruiting an experienced General Manager.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a successful Bunker business in Executive Management, with at least 2 years as CEO, who can demonstrate a strong background in Petroleum Engineering, HSS&E and Management, with exposure to full P/L responsibilities in the bunker industry. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, writing, and communications skills. Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.
A proven track record of success in high-level commercial or general management in the barge sector bunkering.
• At least 10 years of high-level experience in managing people and resources
• Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Full knowledge of the fuels within the regulatory framework of the Barge sector.
• Sound financial and business knowledge, with a strong technical & practical background in the vault industry
• Experience in developing successful business policies and strategies
• Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a physical bunker trading company
• Experience in sales and marketing management
• Experience of public financial control and fundraising
• Self-motivated with excellent leadership skills
• Decisive and exercises sound judgment
Languages
Fluent in English
The basics of the Arabic language are useful but not a prerequisite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent.
