Describe
As a supervisor, you will strive to plan beyond your own needs, ensuring that you have adequate resources for your job. This will include identifying training needs, staying on top of absenteeism and performance management, as well as training and ongoing monitoring of your department to generate a greater productivity culture.
In addition, you will need to constructively critique your department as a whole: making you accountable for tracking, guiding and reporting departmental metrics and liaising with other departments to share trends.

Leadership/supervisory experience developing teams of 20+ within a FC/DC or manufacturing environment; Oral and written communication that is clear, concise and polished
