Manama, February 23 (BNA) Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received today a delegation from the US Congress currently visiting the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Dr. Sheikh Abdullah welcomed the delegation of the US Congress, praising the strong historical relations and the distinguished strategic partnership that brings together the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America in various fields.
He also reviewed the Kingdom’s vision and efforts in promoting peace, stability and coexistence in the Middle East, and achieving sustainable development, as well as responding to questions raised by the delegation members.
