New York, September 21 (BNA) Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa participated in the fifteenth ministerial meeting of the Global Governance Group (3G). The meeting was chaired and attended by the Republic of Indonesia (Group of Twenty). It was held at the headquarters of the Singapore Mission in New York, on the sidelines of the seventy-seventh session of the United Nations General Assembly.
During the meeting, the participants commended the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the group, and the efforts made by the Italian Republic during its presidency of the Group of Twenty in 2021, stressing the need to strengthen and intensify cooperation between the G20 and the third generation in order to To achieve sustainability and global development.
