Manama, January 25 (BNA) Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met today at the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during his official visit to the Sultanate. During the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa expressed his pride in the advanced level of distinguished historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Sultanate of Oman under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. And his brother, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to strengthen its strategic partnership with the Sultanate of Oman in various fields, which would reflect positively on bilateral relations and open new and diverse horizons for cooperation to achieve common aspirations. .
For his part, the Omani Undersecretary praised the well-established brotherly relations between his country and the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing his aspiration to strengthen them in all fields, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.
The meeting also witnessed a review of the outcomes of the meetings of the joint committee between the two brotherly countries, in addition to topics of common interest.
