Manama, March 9 (BNA): Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received today a delegation from the US Congress headed by Kate Boehner, on the occasion of their visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the meeting, they reviewed the historical strategic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America.
They stressed the importance of continuing work and joint coordination on various issues to meet common aspirations and interests, in addition to discussing a number of issues of common concern on the regional and international arenas.
Ambassador Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali, Head of the Americas Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended.
