Manama, August 3 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received today the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Anwer Habibullah.
The two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between Bahrain and China, and ways to enhance them in various fields to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples, in addition to discussing a number of issues and issues of common interest.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s interest in developing joint friendly relations with China, and its wishes for peace and security to prevail over Chinese lands and Asian countries, stressing the Kingdom’s firm position on the one-China policy.
The Chinese ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation for Bahrain’s supportive stance towards China, and the Kingdom’s interest in developing joint cooperation relations.
