Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani visited the Chinese embassy and offered his condolences on the death of former Chinese President Jiang Zemin.
Dr. Al-Zayani offered the condolences of the Chinese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Anwar Habibullah Bahrain, to the People’s Republic of China.
He recalled the late Chinese president’s dedicated life in serving his compatriot, pointing to his sincere efforts in leading his country’s development, progress and prosperity.
He also praised the late Chinese leader’s role in promoting the long-standing historical friendship between the two countries.
