Manama, September 22 (US): Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met today at the headquarters of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s mission to the United Nations, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Hungary, Peter Szijjarto, on the sidelines of the meeting. The seventy-sixth session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
During the meeting, the two ministers reviewed the friendly relations between Bahrain and Hungary and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation, stressing the importance of developing these relations between the two countries, which are witnessing rapid growth in various fields.
A number of topics and issues of common interest on the regional and international arenas were also discussed.
The meeting was also attended by the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Jamal Al-Ruwai’i, and Director General of the Ministry’s Affairs, Ambassador Talal Abdul Salam Al-Ansari.
