The floor runner ensures that all guest orders are delivered in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies set by LLD. To clean the guest rooms as assigned to ensure the hygiene standards in force in the hotel and they are responsible for reporting any deficiencies in maintenance and ensures the confidentiality and security of all guests and guest rooms.
Main responsibilities:
– To deliver guest order to guest rooms in advance efficiently and quickly
– Install a baby cot on his head and additional amenities to be delivered to the guest room
To maintain all interactions with guests handled professionally and carefully while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. To keep the storage room / pantry clean and tidy
Maximizing recycling opportunities while not jeopardizing quality assurance
– Delivery and collection of linens to all assigned floors
Performing craft work for any special task issued
Responsible for delivering the guest experience by consistently meeting the highest standards of hygiene and paying attention to LEGO detail efficiency and guest satisfaction in all areas of the hotel
– Be present for duty wearing the correct uniform and name card and always on time
– Always provide polite and professional service
– To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments
Use extreme caution with personal care to maintain a consistently high standard of professional appearance
Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty

To be eligible for this role, you must possess the following criteria:
– 1 – 3 years successful experience in housekeeping department in the same position.
– Able to work under pressure
– Self-starter, results-oriented, and team player
– Nice personality with good organizational skills
– Good problem-solving skills, as well as customer service
Independence and self-motivation with communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
