Manama, May 1 (BNA): The Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, sent a cable of congratulations to the National Security Adviser, Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council and Commander of the Royal Guard, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Staff Lieutenant General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on the occasion of his promotion to the rank of lieutenant general, by royal order from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He stressed that this promotion is an appreciation for the efficiency and great efforts made by Lieutenant General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in serving the nation.
