Manama, March 29 (BNA) Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to enhance investment opportunities to support the national economy and achieve sustainable development.
He praised the position and role of financial institutions in supporting the economic sectors in order to achieve the desired goals.
This came in statements made by the minister while receiving Sheikh Khalifa bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, CEO of the Bahrain Stock Exchange office, and other officials from the Middle East and North Africa region, on the sidelines of the annual conference of the Arab Capital Markets Federation – Bahrain 2022.
Bahrain Bourse is organizing the Arab Conference under the patronage of the Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
The minister pointed out the importance of supporting the enabling environment for Arab financial markets and enhancing their integration at all levels.
He praised the success achieved by the “Annual Conference of the Arab Capital Markets Federation – Bahrain 2022” as an important platform for exchanging experiences and expertise with leaders of Arab financial markets, decision-makers and regional and international experts from various stock exchanges.
