Manama, Dec. 5 (BNA): The International Motorcycle Federation honored the Bahrain Motor Federation with an award on the 70th anniversary of its membership.
BMF Board Member and Chairman of the Motorcycle Committee Essa Al-Awad received the award during the FIA meeting held in Italy from November 28 to December 3.
Al-Awadhi expressed his pleasure at the FIA honor, praising the support provided by the BMF company headed by Sheikh Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Existing FIM President Jorge Vegas was nominated for a second time and three new members of the Board of Directors were elected during the meeting. The winners of the FIM Championship (2021-2022) were honored.
