What will you do:
– Providing consistently professional, friendly and engaging service
Supervise the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure that service standards are followed
– Maximize revenue by increasing sales and following budget guidelines
– Handle guest concerns and respond quickly and professionally
Operational budget and colleagues needs
– Have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus and promotions
Ensure that colleagues have complete knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods served at the F&B outlet
– Follow outlet service policies, procedures and standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Take advantage of the point of sale system to record sales, print checks, close checks, and complete cash withdrawal procedures
Ensure that guests are satisfied and deal with any issues that may arise.
Follow the procedures of cash and credit cards in accordance with the instructions of the Accounting Department
– Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly restaurant throughout the service
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same capacity
Five star deluxe experience essential
Previous experience in leadership in the food and beverage industry is preferred
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Fluency in reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
– Ability to work effectively and contribute to a team
High level of integrity, enthusiasm, dedication and support for continuous improvement.
Understands international luxury travelers and their needs.
