What will you do:

Reporting to Chief Butler, primary responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:

Ensures that all residents receive prompt and courteous service.
– Informs the butlers of matters relating to the butler’s operations, who in turn will communicate with the butler regarding these matters.
– Cleans and maintains all butler areas including occupied/unoccupied rooms, stores, pantries, equipment, perishables, stationery, etc.
– Checks the expiration dates of all perishables and practices optimum use of resources.
Coordinates with in-room dining and checks on a regular basis to ensure that amenities, residents’ preferences and other such points are taken care of and executed flawlessly.
Maintains appearance, discipline and competence at all times and understands that necessary action will be taken when a deficiency in any of the above is discovered.
– Ensures that the consumption of the resident supply is under control
– Delivers the Banyan Tree touch by exceeding residents’ expectations and providing an energetic personalized service.
– The practice of selling hotel products and facilities.

Ensure that frequent residents are met and greeted regularly and profiles updated.
– Giving long-term residents / special attention to residents / an occasion to celebrate residents with greater importance and good care for them.
Ensures that all communications are made clearly between the team / butler / butler.
Conducts regular inventories of all items within the servicing of the servants and informs the supervisor of any new inventory required.
Attends daily briefing and notes all information about residents and jobs at the hotel
Creates an appropriate environment and ensures that all team members are treated equally and with respect.
Fully aware of the standards of Banyan Hotels & Resorts.
– Fully understands the difference in guest levels (VIP)
– Fully understands the difference in room categories.
– Performs related duties and assigned special projects.
Ensure all guest rooms are maintained and report any maintenance malfunctions/anything abnormal to the supervisor immediately.
Respects the privacy of the guest and does not discuss any private information with other colleagues.
Ensures that all valuables and property are registered within the residents’ rooms and informs the supervisor.
He reports any lost finds to the Hong Kong Supervisor and Coordinator immediately and deposits them within half an hour at the Hong Kong office.
Maintains all reports and records as directed by the Butler/Butler and respects deadlines
– Take the lead and provide all residents with a proactive and personalized service
Providing the third service to all residents and ensuring that all rooms/suites are tidy after residents leave their rooms.
– Provides express laundry service, shoe shine service and ensures that the special preferences of all residents are taken into account.
– Inspect all items (amenities, laundry, etc.) before handing them over to residents.
– Providing dinner in the balcony and creating secret spaces for guests, privacy and romance through thoughtful and caring service
– Provides various facilities and services in order to enable residents to enjoy their stay to the fullest
– Do not intrude into the private space of the occupants more than is necessary.

Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused character is essential; Experience is an asset
Previous experience working with Opera or a related system
Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities or specializing in personal butler service.
– Fluency in English and Arabic. Additional languages ​​are a plus
