Export Bahrain signs deals worth over $14 million

Manama, Jan. 12 (BNA) Export Bahrain facilitated deals worth over $14 million during Expo 2020 Dubai in 2021, including agreements with Arihant and Wesal Jewelers of the Arihant Group and regional and international buyers in Manama. gold sector.

The agreements were finalized by supporting Export Bahrain in exporting jewelry and precious metals to new clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

The new deals were signed last December at Expo 2020 Dubai in the presence of the region’s top jewelers. The soft deals reflect Export Bahrain’s strong commitment to enabling businesses in Bahrain to do business with new overseas customers by utilizing its diverse solutions portfolio and extensive global network.

A workshop was organized during the exhibition that brought together local, regional and international stakeholders and their counterparts in the precious metals and gold sector, enabling them to shed more light on the gold sector as a whole, discuss business opportunities, and share experiences.

The precious metals and jewelry sector in Bahrain enjoys a wide regional and global reputation, having been known for centuries for its high quality and excellence.
