Manama, February 28 (BNA) An exhibition of works by the late Bahraini artist Rashid Al-Arifi will be opened tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Arts Center.
The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) is holding the art exhibition under the theme “Visual Memoirs: Between Form and Abstraction”.
The exhibition displays a collection of artworks that provide a visual response to urban behaviour, social practices and cultural customs in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The authority will host the exhibition in memory of the famous artist who won the second prize at the Bahrain Fine Art Exhibition 2020.
The exhibition also comes within the framework of the Bahrain Culture Spring, which is being held by Bahrain Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Sheikh Ibrahim for Culture and Research and Al Dana Theater, in cooperation with Al Riwaq Art Space and Al Bareh Art Gallery.
