Executive Secretary – CEO | Job in Dubai, UAE by TGC Middle East | GulfTalent

This opportunity is with a multinational company based in Dubai, UAE.

As a secretary, you will provide administrative support to the CEO’s office that oversees its day-to-day activities: meetings, appointments, scheduling, coordination and planning.

You will read, research and direct correspondence in both Arabic and English; Drafting of letters and documents and analysis of information; Initiate communications as and when required. You must be a quick professional with superb time management and multitasking capabilities that will contribute to overall work efficiency by ensuring that all assigned administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

To be successful, it is preferable that you possess more than 5 years of administrative and secretarial background, have a good command of Arabic and English with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or related discipline.
