Job description and summary
To provide administrative support and assistance for specific routine administrative work streams to internal customer groups within the company, on a virtual basis from a remote location.

Financial issues

Expenses and work schedules
Coordinate and prepare monthly expense claims and submit bi-monthly schedules to line managers if required and special expenses and schedules as per due dates using company system

Client
Travel Reservations
– Organizing travel and accommodation reservations for executives
Maximizing cost-cutting opportunities through timely and appropriate travel options
Contact the travel approvals team to follow up on approvals
– Organizing visa and taxi bookings as needed
– Meetings, conference calls and Webex
– Organizing and coordinating the logistics of internal and external meetings (reservations for boardrooms and refreshments)
Preparing contact information and sending it to all interested parties
– Organize conference calls as needed and keep call log for accounting purposes

CRM
Develop good working relationships with executives via phone and email

internal processors
Partner and Executive General Manager
– Develop an understanding of PwC’s standards and formats
Prepare documents where required i.e. presentations, proposals and letters
Ensure that all documents are submitted in a systematic manner
Assist fellow expert advisors when needed and work collaboratively with 3 out of 4 team members

Comply with PricewaterhouseCoopers policies and procedures in all aspects of the role
Building a strong network of working relationships internally and externally

education
– Bachelor degree

Comprehensive experience
5+ years of experience in a management role

language
– Fluency in spoken and written English, and Arabic is an advantage

specific skills
Experience with a professional service company is preferred

Knowledge and skills
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, work regularly on their own, highlight issues and suggest possible solutions
– Good verbal and written communication skills
Good listening skills and ability to take instructions and directions from partners and managers located in a different location and work independently with minimal direction
Practice confidentiality, good judgment and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role at all times
– Good interpersonal skills
– Must have professional phone style
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, on a virtual basis and with a partner/executive often
– Demonstrate a team player and dedication to providing a high level of service
He must have a warm, friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of administrative systems and processes
– Proficiency in Google including G Suite
