Process and tool:

Consider external and internal perspective when challenging the status quo in analyzing existing processes, recommending improvements, and implementing innovative improvements to process processes and tools that accelerate business impact.
Operations include but are not limited to: Go-to-Market, Sales Planning, Order Management, Deal Execution, Forecasting, Performance Management and Operations Specific Services.

Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner with credibility and impact from strategy to execution.
Full understanding of the basic requirements and business implications of providing strategic advice on senior management decisions.

Projects and Programs:

Identify, lead and coordinate the implementation of advanced technical, adaptive or strategic projects designed to address and improve bottlenecks, gaps, and deficiencies in the business.
Directs the design, planning and implementation of development/change (business) programmes, policies, processes, standards, procedures or technologies.
Train and motivate project stakeholders on joint implementation of priority programs against the target.
Proactively and transparently manage expectations for robust project/programme implementation and completion.
Leverage your expanded knowledge and networks to make a greater impact.

Empowerment:

Enable business and sales stakeholders to benefit from, adopt and adhere to identified core processes or tools.

work experience:

3 – 5 years of work experience, 2+ in sales operations or related fields;
– English: Level 3: Fluency (ability to understand and communicate fluently orally and in writing)
– Arabic: Level 5: Mother tongue (able to understand and communicate verbally and fluently)

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

– College degree; MBA preferred
