For this full-time permanent role, you will be expected to work at a senior level to contact key stakeholders and arrange complex travel arrangements with complete meticulousness in your business. The role will focus on providing administrative support in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and must have at least 5 years of Executive Assistant and secretarial experience gained within the UAE, including experience in handling complex diary arrangements, undertaking light project work and handling office budgets.
The ideal candidate should be a beginner by nature, eager to exceed expectations and have an unquestionable work ethic. Due to the nature of the high-level position, your native language should be English. Arabic is an advantage.
