Manama, Jan. 29 (BNA): Chairman of the Electricity and Water Authority, Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed, visited the Communications Center and the Special Operations Room of the Electricity and Water Authority.
The head of the Electricity and Water Authority was briefed on the new customer services and billing system projects that were launched in early February.
He highlighted the readiness of the electronic system and stressed that the next stage will be a pivotal starting point in the field of subscriber services.
He said that the authority has worked during the last period to train and qualify more than 1,000 trainees to prepare for its new launch towards the complete digital transformation of electricity, water and billing systems.
