Manama, Mar. 29 (BNA): The Electricity and Water Authority announced the opening of a customer service center in Madinat Zayed.
EWA said pre-bookings will open on April 1.
The authority affirmed its keenness to develop high-quality services.
EWA will provide 5 channels to serve subscribers:
– Electronic services are provided through the national portal www.bahrain.bh.
Customer service is available 24 hours a day, including home visits for the elderly and people with special needs, by phone at the call center at 17515555.
– Subscribers can access the Authority’s services virtually through the Skiplino application.
