As a manager, you will work as part of a problem solver team, helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to implementation.

requirements
At least 12-15 years of experience building, maturing and operating an offshore/offshore SAP delivery center providing transformational (construction) and support (operating) services
Demonstrable experience of assuming full commercial responsibility (P&L) and operational responsibility for a SAP capacity tower in the context of an overall hub
Demonstrable experience of leading a continuous improvement program within Al Qudra Tower to increase the quality and efficiency of the service provided to the regions
Strong and extensive experience across all SAP S/4HANA modules and other related SAP products (candidates with prior SAP (non-S/4HANA) experience will only be suitable)
As required, able to work with client follow-up/engagement teams in the territory to co-create client proposals/solutions that benefit EDC staff
Well networked and respected in the local SAP workforce community (“Magnetic Resources”)
Strong alliance relationships with SAP and other strategic technology partners in Egypt
