about the role

PricewaterhouseCoopers opens a new Technology and Innovation Center in Cairo that will provide high-quality technology solutions to consulting clients worldwide. The center will provide a wide range of skills and services to our clients, from bundled applications such as SAP and Oracle, to cloud services that use AWS, Azure, and Google, as well as extending our existing managed services capabilities.
The center is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic start-ups with a passion for technology and customer delivery to help shape and shape this new venture.

In this role, you will work with leadership teams to develop and implement a people strategy for the ETIC service line; Interact with internal operations and HC teams to ensure that the HC strategy is business-appropriate, and programs/processes are implemented efficiently and effectively. And most of all own design by handing any custom line-of-sight formatted software

As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a problem-solving team, helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to implementation. PwC’s professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people’s challenges
Provide guidance on people practices such as talent mapping, job coaching, succession planning, performance coaching to name a few..
Bringing people’s expertise and developing solutions to help the business deliver IFS’ strategy
Influencing and building relationships with stakeholders across IFS
Acting as a human expertise point for specialized teams implementing new approaches to people
Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of individual and business issues
Training and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiencies
Holds regular meetings with relevant leaders.
Consult with executive management, and provide HR guidance when required.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Human Resources Group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to executive management (eg, guidance, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Providing guidance and interpretation of HR policy.
Provides guidance and input on manpower planning and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive training needs.
Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills,
Strategic thinking and good organizational skills. A noteworthy HR business partner must improve HR initiatives, boost employee morale, enhance employee-employer relationships, contribute to the achievement of business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented employees.
