The Sales Manager will accomplish this by interacting with the team, customers, partners, and business lines across Oracle. The Sales Director provides leadership and direction in establishing Oracle as a leader in SaaS

Role

Accurately forecast and achieve revenue targets while defining sales territories and setting quotas
Set and manage performance criteria, including pipelines, account penetration, and activity levels
Building personal credibility and managing networks and internal relationships
Create and manage cross-functional operations, services, solutions consulting, finance, law, marketing, education, channels, etc., and share accounts within the region.
Create and maintain sales management processes, including forecast audit, activity management, territory and account penetration; Effectively support company policies and initiatives
Create and manage a short and long term business plan
Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution and build relationships with clients and external partners
Benefit from the company’s best practices to ensure customer success and maintain executive relationships in the upper region’s accounts

expertise

Candidates will have at least 10 years experience in enterprise software sales with 5 years in a successful sales management role or equivalent. Experience of leading field sales representatives teams is essential.
Candidates will have at least 2 years of industry experience in public sector, ideal local government
Experience in ERP preferred

Demonstrated skills

The candidate will have competence in recruiting, developing, training and motivating the organization’s software sales teams.
Candidates will have a proven track record of managing enterprise software sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
Candidates have extensive experience selling to C-level clients, creating compelling business cases and delivering value propositions.
Candidates will have excellent communication and the ability to make deals that include selling extensive enterprise solutions and complex contract negotiations
The candidate will have strong leadership competencies and be successful in managing cross-functional teams.
