Job purpose

The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the various departments within the engineering department.

Vendors of relevant equipment suppliers.

Basic Responsibilities

Daily engineering operations

Plans and executes the concerned engineering activities and coordinates with other departments in a timely and efficient manner.
– Organizes all daily operations needs of crews as required.
– Implement preventive maintenance plans for hotel suites, food and beverage areas, public places and event areas. He coordinates these preventive maintenance programs with housekeeping.
Manages and supervises preventive maintenance contracts for plant facilities for improvement.
Maintains all expenses within the operating budget to ensure the profitability of the hotel.
Non-routine business forecasts with expenses.

Transformation Management

– Collects and consolidates monthly utility expenses.
– Collects monthly repair and maintenance expenses.
Fire and safety training plans.
– Reviews the effectiveness of all process equipment.

Factory facilities operations

Continuously review the operation of the factory facilities.
Effectively plans and supervises the routine monthly/annual maintenance of plant facilities.
Effectively plans and organizes statutory inspections of plant facilities and prepares submission reports.
Manages and manages all service contract activities for plant facilities.

Support Operations – Craftsmen, Kitchen & Laundry

Manages preventive maintenance activities to perform all furniture repairs to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
Manages preventive maintenance activities to carry out paint on the property to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
Manages preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
Manages preventive maintenance of laundry equipment to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.

Other responsibilities

Manages and manages preventive maintenance contracts for elevators and dining tables to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
Manages and manages preventive maintenance contracts for swimming pools and water fountains to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
Manages and administers preventive maintenance contracts for fire protection services to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
Manages and administers preventive maintenance contracts for kitchen grease interceptors and sewage system to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
Manages and manages preventive maintenance contracts for TV services for hotel suites to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
Manages and manages preventive maintenance contracts for the public music system within the hotel to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
Reviews procurement of equipment and parts for operations to ensure longevity and operational readiness at all times.
– Reviews the procurement of services for external engineering work.
To ensure that the public is protected during maintenance work at all times, and appropriate and approved signage is in place at all times.

Participation in broader functional procedures/relationships

Knowledge and experience

Higher education in a related engineering discipline.
– At least 7 years of experience in the hotel industry.
