Education Minister receives delegation from Khalifa Award for Education

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): Minister of Education, Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak Jumaa, praised the pioneering role of the Khalifa Award for Education in the United Arab Emirates in promoting creativity, innovation and academic research. He affirmed Bahrain’s support for the award within the framework of close cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

This came during a speech by the Minister of Education during his reception today of a delegation from the award, headed by a member of the Board of Trustees, Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri, Secretary General Amal Al Afifi, Deputy Secretary General Suad Al Suwaidi, and a number of officials on the occasion of their visit to Bahrain.

The delegation briefed the minister on the sixteenth session of the award and its fields.
