Education Minister congratulates teachers on World Teachers’ Day

Manama, October 4 (BNA) Minister of Education Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi affirmed the advanced status of teachers in Bahrain thanks to the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for continuing education.


In this regard, he praised the praise of His Majesty King Hamad, while presiding over the periodic meeting of the Council of Ministers this week, for the great role that Bahraini teachers have played throughout history and their success in preparing generations of students who are able to contribute effectively to the comprehensive development of the Kingdom. .


In a statement on the occasion of World Teachers’ Day, which is celebrated around the world on October 5 each year, Dr. Al-Nuaimi praised the continuous support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the educational process in the Kingdom. Given the importance of education as a fundamental pillar of development and progress.


On this occasion, the Minister of Education extended his congratulations to all teachers, praising their role in spreading knowledge and promoting values ​​that anchor national identity.


He also praised the Bahraini teachers for their contribution to the Kingdom’s winning of many local and international achievements, foremost among which are international reports that ranked Bahrain among the leading countries in achieving education for all goals, in addition to high-quality educational services.


Dr. Al-Nuaimi affirmed the Ministry of Education’s constant keenness to advance the teaching profession by providing opportunities for professional development for teachers and creating the best conditions for creativity and giving as partners in the development process that the Ministry is currently witnessing.
