As the Duty Manager, you will be the hotel ambassador, outside of the workplace, overseeing hotel operations in the absence of management, ensuring the safety of guests and staff and monitoring the application of MGallery standards at all times.

What will you do:
To have complete working knowledge and ability to supervise, correct and substantiate all duties and tasks in the assigned workplace.
Primarily responsible for ensuring that front office shifts are running efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all front office staff, and maintaining a calm professional environment at all times
– Supervises the shift roster and assigns it to FO receptionists, Concierge, Bell Counter and responsible for VIP movement in the hotel.
Your experience and skills include:
– A great organized player
– Should be able to communicate in English written, spoken and other languages is an advantage.
– At least two years of experience in a similar position.
