Alternate Director

Alternate managers are responsible for overseeing the general day-to-day operations of the front office.

What will you do:

Responsible for ensuring efficient operation in the front office
Ensure that all team members are properly trained
– To deal with complaints / accidents / accidents that occur in the hotel when needed
To manage and motivate teams to increase sales and to ensure that the prices offered match the instructions received.
– To ensure relevant/relevant shift record is kept up-to-date and to check record from different departments of the front office
Develop high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.

Your experience and skills include:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel.
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
Knowing the opera.
Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Proficiency in the English language. Arabic and French are an asset.
Experience in the hotel loyalty program is an asset.
Passion for guest service.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
You must have the ability to handle many tasks and guest requests.
Must possess or seek certification in Basic First Aid.
Strong guest service orientation and training skills background required.
Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
