Dr. Riyad Hamzah’s book on late Dr. Al-Ansari’s works launched

Manama, Feb. 27 (BNA): The Abdul Rahman Kanoo Cultural Center recently hosted the launch of Dr. Riyad Yousef Hamzah’s book “Inside an Arab Mind: Selected Works by Muhammad Jaber Al Ansari”.

Dr. Hala Al-Ansari, the founding member of the “Al-Ansari House for Thought and Culture,” expressed in her speech her sincere thanks to Dr. Hamzah for his valuable book, noting the distinguished academic relations between the author and the late Muhammad. Jaber Al-Ansari for more than four decades and similar interests and rich academic and literary experiences.

She also praised the efforts of the Abdul Rahman Kanoo Cultural Center, which she said hosted the activities of the late Dr. Al Ansari and promoted his ideas and works in the Arab world.

Prof. Dr. Riyad Hamzah made a statement in which he emphasized that the publications and thought of the late Dr. Ansari are very important and deserve to be translated into English to enable Western readers to read them, which will pave the way for them. Advancement of Arab and Islamic civilization.

Dr. Abdul Qadir Aqeel delivered a speech on behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abdul Rahman Kanoo Cultural Center, the poet Ali Abdullah Khalifa. He highlighted the multifaceted works of the late thinker, Dr. Muhammad Jaber Al-Ansari, praising his rich contributions to the cultural and intellectual scene of the Kingdom.
