• Manager of resources available within budget and sales achievement
• Effective delivery of catering operations and assigned services
• Actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth with a focus on the latest food trends and best practices
• Responsible for HSE compliance within the catering services
qualifications:
• Open to Arabic speakers
• Male, 55 years and under
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in relevant roles
• MUST HAVE IN KNOWLEDGE OF catering operations department
• Familiar with managing logistics and staffing
• Mash has a higher or equivalent role in the catering department with proven experience in the UAE
• Priority will be given to immediate entrants
