Abstract
You will be responsible for the effective management of the department in line with Hyatt’s international strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners. The head of housekeeping is responsible for managing all functions related to hotel cleanliness, including guest rooms, common areas, and back areas other than the kitchen, as well as the laundry and dry cleaning process (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management. At least 2 years working experience as a housekeeping manager in a larger operation. Good problem solving skills, managerial and interpersonal skills is a must.
