Digital Marketing Executive

At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, the Executive Director of Digital Marketing will support the implementation of the company’s social media strategy, developing brand awareness, generating internal traffic and encouraging product adoption. This executive role works with the internal marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions, ensure consistency in voice and grow a referral network across social media.

Summary of responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Communications and Business Development Manager, and the main job responsibilities and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Monitoring the company’s continuous presence on social media.
– Launching optimized online ads to increase company and brand awareness.
Help formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Implementation and monitoring of the company’s ongoing presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
– Launching optimized online ads through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Actively participate in SEO efforts (keywords, image optimization, etc.).
Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organizing their distribution through various channels.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website update.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analysis tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
Gain insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies updated.
Establishing partnerships with media agencies and suppliers.
