WSP is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for an ongoing project in Jeddah.
A normal week includes:
* Manage the WSP relationship with the client and other parties, by acting as a central point of contact
* Ensure compliance with employer requirements through technical reviews
*Assist PM clients in preparing bid documents, evaluating bid documents and bid inquiries
* Manage project management team
* Planning, implementation, monitoring and closing of projects
* Carry out quality assurance and risk management
* Manage project team members
* Project budget, estimate scheduling, and management
* Conduct case review meetings with team members and clients
* Submit reports and documents related to the project phase and workflow
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Certified Project Management Professional or member of an equivalent institution
* Successfully led complex and large-scale construction management programs across a range of client types and multidisciplinary teams
* You have over 15 years of experience delivering high-end luxury hotels and development projects in the position of Project Manager or Development Manager
Demonstrable experience delivering fully coordinated project management and construction management projects using the latest design and engineering collaboration tools, including BIM
* Ability to speak on technical issues across all disciplines associated with our project management and construction management projects
