WSP is looking for a Senior Site Engineer for a high profile project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Architect’s supervision role including aspects of contract management, client liaison for project management and site supervision to successfully deliver a high quality architectural project as part of a multidisciplinary WSP team.
A normal week includes:
* Project management and team supervision to successfully deliver a high quality architectural project aligned with the project lifecycle
* Responsible for overall project management internally and lead the WSP interface with the client project team on all site architectural matters
* Review the quality of work performed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets project standards
* Ensuring that the outputs of the architectural project are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
* Develop architectural concept designs and ensure adherence to the concept throughout the design development process
* Ensure that standard architectural specifications are maintained and updated
* Initiate and participate in design reviews in line with the QMS system
* Coordinate with the design engineer for all embedded or related architectural packages.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Certificate in Architecture. With more than 10 years of working experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably with a recognized Architectural Consultant
* Previous experience working as a site based architect. Possess detailed knowledge of post-contract supervision role and responsibilities related to reviewing contractor’s shop drawings, submissions, and site inspection procedures
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM etc.
* Experience working on commercial/high rise residential/airport projects
* Personnel managing skills, with excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to build excellent relationships with clients through interdisciplinary communication and coordination skills
