Manama, November 17 (BNA) His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received Deputy Prime Minister and Italian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Marina Serini.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation and strengthening Bahraini-Italian relations in light of memoranda of understanding and agreements signed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on his last visit to Italy in February 2020.
Sereni expressed her appreciation to the Deputy Prime Minister and affirmed her country’s keenness to strengthen relations in all fields.
The Italian Deputy Minister’s visit witnessed the signing of an agreement to establish a joint committee for international cooperation, and the establishment of the Bahrain-Italian Business Council, which will be announced at the Bahrain National Museum’s activities.
