Manama, December 29 (BNA) Deputy Prime Minister, President of the Bahrain Red Crescent Society, and Chairman of the 45th session of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, affirmed the Bahraini humanitarian work. Achievements that reflect the royal vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Deputy Prime Minister praised the government’s support headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
This came when he was received by ARCO Secretary General Dr. Saleh bin Hamad Al-Tuwaijri, President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority Dr. Jalal Muhammad Al-Owaisi, President of the Egyptian Red Crescent Rami Jamil Al-Nazer, President of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society Yassin Ahmed Abbas and a Palestinian. The President of the Red Crescent Society, Younis Nimr Al-Khatib, visited the Kingdom of Bahrain to hand over to His Majesty the First Class Order of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, in appreciation of his efforts to support humanitarian work in the Arab and international region.
The meeting was also attended by the Vice President of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society, Ali Mohamed Murad, and the Acting Secretary General, Mubarak Al-Hadi.
