Manama, April 9 (BNA): The Deputy Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Red Crescent Society, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ali bin Muhammad Murad.
The Chairman of the Board thanked the Deputy Prime Minister for his efforts during his tenure in the community.
Sheikh Khalid stressed the importance of voluntary work adopted by the Bahraini society and its humanitarian endeavors, in line with the comprehensive development path of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Salman. He highlighted the humanitarian contributions of non-governmental organizations and associations in the Kingdom and abroad, including the efforts of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society throughout history and around the world.
