Defence Minister offers Bahrain’s condolences on demise of Field Marshal Mohammed Tantawi

Manama, September 26 (BNA): Defense Minister Lieutenant-General Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi visited the Egyptian Embassy today to offer condolences on the death of the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and the Army. Produced by Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi.

The Minister of Defense expressed to the Ambassador of Egypt to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Yasser Muhammad Ahmed Shaaban, his sincere condolences and gratitude to the deceased, and recalled his role in strengthening the historical brotherly relations between the two countries and peoples. He pointed to the contributions of Field Marshal Muhammad Hussein Tantawi in serving Egypt and defending its interests and the interests of the Arab nation.
