Job description and summary
The real estate team provides strategic advice across the deal chain from the development of the deal strategy to post-deal execution. Examples of services we undertake include: advising real estate and hospitality development companies, government agencies and funds on strategic decisions, supporting companies in conducting business due diligence on potential targeted acquisitions, developing business plans and corporate strategies, and assessing the viability of potential investments. Our team includes a diverse mix of profiles with people with relevant strategy and investment expertise combined with deep industry expertise and operational expertise. Our clients include: regional and international corporations, leading private equity firms, family offices, major banks and investment funds, and government agencies.
Responsibilities:
As a manager on the real estate strategy team, your responsibilities will include:
Solve customer problems by: structuring analytics, applying analytical frameworks, and visualizing strategy development
Take ownership and collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive and well-organized reports
– Lead the team and train them to perform at high levels
Search, aggregate, and analyze data, aggregate large amounts of information, and extract meaningful insights to make recommendations to our clients
– Perform complex analysis on excel and develop financial models
Favorite skills
Years of Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a strategy or advisory firm focused on REHL, private equity, investment fund or similar environments
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree from a first-class university with high grades (top 10% in class and/or above 3.6/4 (GPA). Master’s degree is a big plus
Strong experience in higher and better use studies and versatile developments
Exceptional analytical, business and problem-solving skills that will allow us to understand business drivers, analyze their data and use this to provide insight and advice to our clients
Technical skills including: financial modeling, reporting structuring and presentation
– Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and produce high quality output
– Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Language skills: Fluent in English. Arabic plus
Ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East
