Description
* Develop plans, schedules, and budgets for specific program initiatives and projects
* Manage program initiatives/projects and ensure that milestones are met in a timely manner
* Provides input to define and refine program initiatives roadmap and budget plan
Allocating resources, defining timelines for achieving program goals, including quality, timeliness, and costs, and implementing strategies to mitigate associated risks
* Plans and adjusts work processes to meet changing and emerging program requirements using available resources with minimal impact on work quality or quantity
* Assisting the Program Manager to liaise with various program stakeholders by providing updates on the status of the program initiative
* Collaborate closely with the Program Director to provide updates on progress and achievements in specific activities and support in raising and resolving issues
* Report on project/initiative performance to the Executive Team and Program Manager
Manage the implementation of one or more program initiatives/projects covering but not limited to data capacity raising, data tools implementation, data collection and analytics
* Provide key decisions on program initiatives/projects in line with project lead and technical project management office
* Review initiative/project key results and provide feedback in line with project lead and technical project management office
* Present key deliverables and decisions to the Program Manager and obtain guidance on the direction of the initiative whenever needed
* Manage and lead project/initiative teams to ensure successful delivery, and provide direction
Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project objectives are achieved

* More than 6 years experience managing data programs in similar organizations
* Proven ability to manage data conversion software
* Preferred degree in Business Administration, Data Management and Governance, Information Management, and Computer Science
* Strong leadership skills

* Strong value recognition, communication, mediation, conflict resolution, leadership and management skills
