Manama, May 3 (BNA): Chief of Customs, Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, met a delegation from US Customs and Border Protection. During the meeting, aspects of cooperation and coordination were reviewed. The two sides reviewed the exchange of experiences in the field of automatic targeting systems (ATS).
The system is a decision support tool that compares passenger, cargo and transportation information against law enforcement, intelligence and other enforcement data using scenarios and risk-based assessments.
