Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): On the sidelines of the meeting of the General Policies Committee of the World Customs Organization in Bahrain, Customs Affairs and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed an agreement for joint cooperation in customs affairs. .
The Head of Customs, Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, praised the agreement, which aims to consolidate cooperation between the two countries and exchange experiences.
The agreement includes the exchange of information that will improve the efficiency of implementing customs procedures and the exchange of experiences with regard to customs control, information and technologies.
The agreement was signed by the head of customs and acting head of the committee, Shahin Bagirov.
