CSB requires Bahraini training for rare specialties to approve foreigner employment

Manama, April 25 (BNA) The Civil Service Commission has requested training Bahraini employees to approve employment contracts for non-Bahrainis as an essential part of their duties and responsibilities.

The office explained that the rule applies to professions in rare specialties in government agencies.

The majority of these professions occupied by non-Bahraini employees fall within the health and education sector, higher education institutions and some other specializations.

The Civil Service Bureau said that the implementation of the instructions refers to each government agency separately, given its ability to assess its need to fill vacant positions and the possibility of developing a training mechanism that enables the replacement of foreigners with Bahraini employees according to the necessary qualifications and experience.
