• Strict customer follow up of overdue accounts.
• Post daily deposits
• Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Involve management in any AR problems encountered.
• Initiation of collections on past due accounts
• Maintain accounting ledgers as required
• Auditing ledgers to ensure that they contain the correct information
• Process incoming accounts and payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting and recording receivables data
• Preparing bills, bills and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and posted correctly.
• Checking discrepancies and resolving customer billing issues
• Facilitate the payment of outstanding invoices by sending invoice reminders and contacting customers
• Generate statements and reports detailing the status of accounts receivable
• College / University Diploma
• A minimum of three years experience in augmented reality or groups
• Experience in credit insurance preferred.
• Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel (required), AX (preferred).
• A valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (proficient in English) both spoken and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and organization skills.
