CPISP initiates its Candidacy Program

Manama, June 26 (BUS): The Crown Prince International Scholarship Program (CPISP) has launched the “Nomination Program”, the final step in the 2023 scholarship selection process.

The program conducted an orientation orientation at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) premises to familiarize scholarship candidates, both public and private, with the training they will receive during the programme.

Dr. Cynthia Gisling, Director of CPISP, praised HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s vision in honing the skills of Bahrain’s youth and congratulated the shortlisted candidates.

During the nomination program, students will complete a number of courses with an emphasis on critical thinking, academic writing, leadership, and communications. Students will also take a professional and personal aptitude test, prepare for standardized tests, and complete a Level 3 Certificate in Team Leadership awarded by the UK-based Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

CPISP will announce 10 scholarship recipients early next year. Recipients will be selected based on their academic merit and leadership qualities as determined by their grade point average (GPA), IELTS score, SAT scores, and scores for the critical thinking and leadership courses taken.

Dr. Gesling thanked the BIBF for constantly sharing their experiences and wished the students a fruitful experience.
