what are you going to do

– Co-create, lead and disseminate strategies for culture and people experience in the country with COMEX
Leading group culture initiatives in collaboration with centers of excellence and individual partners
Test bed design and culture, people experience initiatives in the country and back-to-back engagement with the group
Adopt, personalize and include people’s experiences and cultural initiatives, and make them relevant
Manage employee voice workshops, focus groups, events, and headquarters
Supporting business leaders in participating in the formation of strong team cultures
Create and manage people-centered communications and cultural change management campaigns
– Drive our participation through our internal and external social media channels
– Lead group culture initiatives, test bed in the country, and share back with the group
– Deploy UX and people experience of products in the country, eg on board, internal navigation
Run Design Thinking workshops to customize group employee journeys
Availability of remote work tools and their allocation according to the needs of the country
Publishing hybrid and flexible work
– Leading the “Great Place to Work” initiative
Lead, empower and inspire the experience of individuals and cultural communities in increasing employee engagement and satisfaction
– Activating collective culture initiatives across the country (office, stores, stores)
Adopting, personalizing and integrating people’s experiences and cultural initiatives in the country
Identify people facing challenges and pain points through focus groups and drive implementation of the action plan
Partnering with the country’s leadership team to drive the formation of culture and workplace improvement in the country
– Managing the overall marketing and communications for different people culture and culture initiatives
– Source and lead welfare initiatives across the country (office, stores, warehouses)

What you will need to succeed

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in leading and developing teams to deliver exceptional customer experience to internal and external partners
4-6 years of relevant experience in HR and culture management is preferred
